Privacy Policy

55.logo (the “Service”) processes the information described below to provide logo generation, storage, and payment features. The Service does not collect advertising identifiers or contact lists beyond what is necessary to provide these features.

2. Where Logos and Images Are Processed
- Even when on-device AI is selected, the brand name and generation specifications may be sent to the Service server to assemble the SVG. They are not sent to a third-party AI.
- When server AI in Studio or Business is used, the brand name, industry, and style may be sent to OpenAI to generate logo specifications. On-device AI results from Free, Logo Pack, and App Pro are not sent to OpenAI.
- When art styles, character logos, or partial editing are used in Studio or Business, the selected logo symbol or image, the mask painted by the user, and editing instructions are sent to the OpenAI image-editing API. The Service server does not separately retain the generated result after returning it. If the user selects “Report AI result” in the app, however, the reported result image and reason are retained as evidence for safety review. Files saved by the user remain on the user's device.
- When image vectorization or photo mockups are processed on the server, the uploaded image is transmitted temporarily. The original is not retained unless the user expressly saves the processed result to the client vault.
3. External Services
Google OAuth (sign-in), Google Play Billing (payments), OpenAI (Studio and Business server AI), and an approval server configured by the operator may process information necessary to perform their respective functions. Each provider's policies and applicable laws also apply.
4. Your Choices and Rights
You may sign out, delete locally stored data, or request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data. You can delete your account directly in the app settings. If you cannot sign in, use the email-request method described on the Account and Data Deletion page. AI-result reports and support inquiries submitted while signed in are also removed when the account is deleted. Upon account deletion, account-derived hashes in the most recent 90 days of funnel data are removed; only aggregate totals that cannot be linked back to an individual are retained. External payment information subject to a legal retention requirement is deleted by the applicable payment provider after that period.
5. Security Measures and Contact
Passwords are stored as hashes rather than in plain text. Purchase tokens are retained only in a form needed to detect duplicate entitlements and refunds. For privacy or deletion inquiries, contact [email protected].
If the categories of information collected or the external processors materially change, this page will be updated before the change takes effect.
